What We Supply

We stock sanitary tube in sizes ranging from 1/2″ through 8″ OD, with standard wall thicknesses from .065″ to .109″. Our two primary grades are:

  • 304 Stainless Steel: Excellent corrosion resistance and weldability, ideal for general-purpose food-grade tubing and process piping.
  • 316L Stainless Steel: Added molybdenum content provides superior resistance to chlorides and aggressive chemicals, making it the preferred choice for pharmaceutical tubing and high-purity tubing applications.

Standard interior finish is 180 grit (32 Ra max), which meets 3A sanitary standards for most food and dairy applications. For biotech and pharmaceutical environments, we also offer ASME BPE-compliant tubing with electropolished interior finishes down to 20 Ra and 15 Ra, the level of surface quality required for maximum purity in critical process systems.
